At 247 Drainage Rescue Services, we pride ourselves on our 20-30 years of experience and customer satisfaction. Due to the immediate and labor-intensive nature of emergency drainage clearance and repairs, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Completed Services
Refunds are generally not issued for services that have been successfully completed. Our engineers carry out the work requested to clear blockages or repair pipes based on the fixed-fee quotation agreed upon prior to the start of the work.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
If the exact same drainage issue reoccurs shortly after our initial visit due to a fault in our workmanship, please contact us immediately. We will dispatch an engineer to reassess and rectify the specific problem at no additional cost.
- Please note: This guarantee does not apply if the subsequent blockage is caused by new foreign objects being flushed, structural pipe collapse that was not part of the initial repair, or third-party interference.
3. Cancellations
- Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel your service request before an engineer has been dispatched to your property, no charges will apply.
- Upon Arrival: Because we operate with no call-out charges, if you decide to cancel the service after our engineer has arrived but before any physical unblocking or repair work has begun, you will not be charged. However, once you authorize the quoted work and the engineer begins, you are liable for the agreed fixed fee.
