1. Monthly & Long-Term Reservations
- Deposit: Monthly rentals may require a deposit less than or equal to one month’s rent. Once paid, this deposit may be non-refundable.
- Early Departure: If a monthly guest vacates the site before the end of their paid term, the remaining balance is non-refundable. The site is considered surrendered, and no credits will be issued.
2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Guests who fail to arrive within 24 hours of their designated check-in time will have their reservation canceled and will forfeit all deposits paid.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or partial stays once a guest has checked in.
3. Vehicle Parking and Towing Policy
· Authorized Vehicles: Only one (1) RV and two (2) personal vehicles are permitted per assigned site. Both vehicles must fit entirely within the designated site boundaries without encroaching on roadways or neighboring sites.
· Prohibited Parking: Parking on grass, landscaping, vacant RV sites, fire lanes, or designated roadways is strictly prohibited at all times.
· Unregistered Vehicles: All guest, visitor, and extra vehicles must be registered with the front office upon entry. Unregistered vehicles are subject to immediate towing.
· Inoperable Vehicles: Minor repairs, major maintenance, and fluid changes are banned on park property. Broken down, leaking, or unregistered vehicles must be removed within 24 hours of notice.
· Towing Authorization: Management reserves the right to tow any vehicle violating these rules at the owner’s sole expense. The park is not liable for damages resulting from towing.
4. Weather & Force Majeure
- Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, or local storms.
- Park Closures: If state or local authorities restrict park operations due to natural disasters or mandatory evacuations, management will issue a 100% refund or apply the full amount as credit toward a future stay.
5. Evictions
Any guest, visitor, or pet asked to leave the property immediately for violation of park rules, disrespect to staff, or disruptive behavior will forfeit all fees and rents paid.
